In Chapter 2, Section 2, we build our new organisation structure using the building blocks found in the Team Topologies Book by Matthew Skelton and Manuel Pais.

Importantly we develop the recursive structure (teams within teams) necessary to unlock change and let the culture we want to emerge.

There is a fundamental change in how our new organisation is structured which requires having an open mind.
